Recruiting Forum Weight Loss Advice Thread

So, are you all following different plans, or do the best you can on your own and hold each other accountable?
I typically lift 3 days a week. Conditioning 1-3 days a week.

Diet wise, I don’t count macros or even calories. If I’m trying to drop some weight, I’ll typically make a few small adjustments to my everyday diet and adjust as needed if weight isn’t dropping.
 
September 7: 155 lbs

Will be going back to strict keto soon. I've been carb cycling lately to account for increased cardio. Need to shed this excess water weight.
 
Glad weigh-in was Saturday morning lol

Had a total of 3 birthday's that all happened this weekend. Plenty of brisket, ribs, pulled pork, burgers, cake, ice cream was consumed...I was very selective, but still start this week in a bit of a hole.
