I'd just like to add that, a bat. 😬

Usually when you see a mountain lion is after he's going for your neck. They stalk.

I dont know how much they weigh. But Imma guess a baseball bat wouldnt even make them mad.
I've got a good mountain lion story you wouldn't believe. It didn't attack me though. I could tell it was just impressed with my build, admiring from a distance, and was most likely scared of me. . .

Big dog sized. Can be docile enough to be a pet. Wouldn't recommend it though
A lady I worked with 25 years ago had a savannah cat. She said it was a serval, but I think it was a savannah cat. It was huge. She had to put special locks on all her doors, because it learned to open them all. . .

First time I saw it, it was laying in one of those elevated cat tree/bed things in her living room. All if could see was it's head and ears sticking above the edge of the bed. I walked up to pet it and it stuck about 3' arm out and slapped me in the jaw, 😂. It must've weighed 30 or 40 lbs.

There are a couple of Russian families that have Pumas as pets and post non-stop videos. You can easily find them as Luna the Pantera and Messi the Puma. Just big house cats...that could eat you, of course...but they seem great (until they aren't).
