I mean if we are talking about talent and play making ability then Manning should not be top 5. Hate to say it but the reason he was so good was because of his high IQ on the field not his physical attributes. Now going off talent and play making ability.....

Then it's gotta be in no order :

Hooker
Holloway
Shuler
Robinson
Dobbs
If you go that way….Jimmy Streater is in the top 5
No question

I’ll out myself, I was a full on backer because of Fulmer and the sh*t show we went through. I knew after year 2 and dreaded the third year because of our Covid schedule. Pile on because I deserve it, I just and still do root for our team regardless what year it is.

But I still know what asparagus is and love it, but any southern knows good cornbread.

Bad Jen, bad judgement.
I supported him him because he was UT's coach. I never liked the hire though. I remember thinking "we're really screwed" when they trotted him out at the press conference.

Hey, guys! Sorry I haven't been around much. I've been spending most of my time on onlyfans. The demand for my content has been overwhelming.
A sample of @InVOLuntary content that @Weezer included in his latest "art" e-mail that he blasts out. The Weez must subscribe to InVol's OF account.

It seems, and I understand it if people are younger, and don't/can't remember things, i get it; but, it seems people only remember post-neck Manning...the one that only went on to win another MVP and went to 2 SBs. Seems there's this narrative out there, that Manning had no "talent" or "athleticism". The OP isnt the first i've seen it.

It's just not true.

Before Manning hurt his neck...while no, he wasn't Lamar Jackson, he could move around in the pocket, out of the pocket, buy time, and throw. And, whenever the aforementioned throwing of the football, he had as much "talent" as ANYONE to ever do it. And, before he hurt his neck, his arm was as strong as anyone's. Not only could he throw a 60 yard dime, his placement is unmatched.

It also truly seems, that people have most definitely forgotten Manning at Tennessee. And, this is not at you, Jack, none of this...but, go back and just watch his games against Georgia, and try and tell me he had no talent or athleticism.

Manning's arm talent alone, both as a gun and a marksman, puts him above all our other greats, he truly is once-in-a-lifetime...thats before you add in everything else. Imo, he is the GOAT, all time; however, on everyone else's list, if he's not #1, he's 2 or 3. And people are trying to say he didn't have much talent?? ALL brains? I guess I'll just have to disagree.
I'm 40. I watched his entire career. From his first time getting some game action against UCLA in 94 all the way through his NFL career. He is the greatest all time QB to ever play at UT....there's no doubt about it. I also never said he wasn't talented because he wouldn't have had the career that he ended up having i he wasn't. All I said was what made him so great was his football IQ...and if you ask defensive players that lined up against him in college and the NFL they will say the exact same thing. He wasn't the most talented compared to other QBs but you could not outsmart him with schemes and such....the greatest football mind to ever play the QB position in my opinion.

I replied with my top 5 because the OP said talent and play making ability. When I think of play making ability...I think of making something out of nothing when your scrambling from a blitz and etc. So please don't act like I'm saying Manning is a scrub and not the GOAT.

That's copyrighted content. My lawyers will be in touch.
I'm certainly not profiting from it. In fact, I just got an email from @frank and he is fining me $1M Frank bucks for even putting it on this site. Something about decency standards being violated.
