I mean if we are talking about talent and play making ability then Manning should not be top 5. Hate to say it but the reason he was so good was because of his high IQ on the field not his physical attributes. Now going off talent and play making ability.....Revised after more thought. Sheer talent and play making ability.
1.Manning
2. Robinson
3. Holloway
4. Hooker
Shuler,Clausen and Dobbs all 3 close at 5.

Then it's gotta be in no order :
Hooker
Holloway
Shuler
Robinson
Dobbs
I always thought thereโs an upside to this. If they played last year and whoever we play against studied film on them would be looking for the jersey number and now back to square oneI dislike players changing numbers every year. Iโd rather they make their original number a number to remember! But the players apparently love it, and I suppose it becomes a non-financial incentive and badge of honor. A no-cost perk. The perspective from within the team is not the same as the fanโs perspective. Maybe itโs a good sign that theyโre not preoccupied with likely harming their jersey sales, which I figure this does. Let them have their fun.
It does mean Iโll have a roster on hand. But I always did. โLine up! Get your line-up!โ
They were until they landed Samari Matthews the other day. That has calmed the tides a tad. What was hilarious to me is that South Carolina writers wrote a post about how Texas' NIL deal with Matthws would definitely get struck down by NIL Go and thus Matthews would eventually commit to South Carolina. On the day he committed to Texas. I can't believe that's not being discussed more.Texas is behind us in the on3 team rankings for the โ26 class. Wonder if their fans are like most of ours and freaking out lol
I would've held it closer to the camera and called it an 8lber,View attachment 755049
My son had a good day today. 5 lb 3 oz on a whopper plopper. Sounded like somebody cannonballed the pool when he hit it.
