Yes, and I would rank a cream-based fresh oyster stew as second. I do love clam chowder, though, especially with pieces of cod added. The NE white is better than the red imo.

I don't like my roux blackened extremely dark as my first choice. But I can flat eat it that way, too. If we consider a great ceviche rank-able in the same list, I would push it up near the top.

Really hoping Warren Haynes is able to do Christmas Jam this year. He's always used that to benefit the Asheville community via Habitat for Humanity. Plus the musicianship for those concerts is amazing.
Glad to see you back on here @Devo182 and that things are improving for you and others in Asheville!!
Thanks brotha.

I heard Warren was planning a big relief concert. Not sure where or when, but that was the word a couple weeks ago. Maybe tied to the big concert happening in Charlotte idk...

Would love if Christmas Jam happened though regardless.

Selfishly just need Cold Mountain to make it😂🫤

Good news is Wedge is opening downtown soon.

They were all legit penalties. The stunning thing was that they actually called holding and PI on Bama in obvious cases. They missed some calls, like To'o To'o's personal foul for kneeing Hendo in the head several times when the latter was trapped in a pile and defenseless. And later on in the game they no-called an obvious Bama DPI that cost us a TD. But despite these things in favor of Bama, overall it was the most fair and even game vs Bama that many recalled seeing.

What so many have noticed is that since that win, our games have been harshly and unjustly called against us. It was even worse beginning with the second game in '23 and has continued until this day.
I don’t disagree. Just found it funny while rewatching the game on break at work during the entire back and forth on here

You’re good, I have to give you that.

Yea, Alabama fans were burning their boxers in Birmingham after that 17 penalties for 130 yards day.
Yeah, they deserved every flag and they only got a couple of their typically plenteous no-calls. Drawing fouls for most (but not all) obvious infractions really set them off on an epic lying and crying spree. 😂😭

Unfortunately, we have suffered the most unfair and unbalanced officiating in the world since that game.
