Recruiting Football Talk VIII

Got a nice bark. Reverse sear? Direct sear? What's your seasoning choice? Always looking for new things to try.
I used worstershire as a binder and meat church blanco seasoning. After, all I did was 4 min each side on the gas grill. No clue on avg temp, I was just riding on good vibes and it felt like right time lol
 
Bet a hairless possum could fit through there. . .
