My question is why does this seem to happen to us? And only us? It doesnt happen to other programs. Couple that with the inability to consistently bring in top tier talent, and it aint bright.

Hopefully we will be wrong.

I don’t think so. I think we just took some that didn’t fit the culture. We might take a slight dip, but I feel good that we’ll be able to bring in strong contributors.

Nico was a wake up call to the team culture and boosters funding the thing. I like our leadership and where we’re headed.

He posted photos of him in TN gear and had a caption that included a pair of dice. So people in the FF are losing their minds thinking that must mean he’s going to roll the dice and take his chances in the portal.

If a player has witnessed the extent of the disaster that Nico's "strategy" has been to his image and brand..... and said player thinks to himself that he would also like to enter the portal then good riddance.

I don't think so. If you're here just for the money, you're here for the wrong reason. This could be addition by subtraction. He's a talented young man that I would hate to lose, but if the sole motivator is the dollar, he should probably move on. Whatever he gets will never be enough.

It's kinda like an old rich guy that dates a young gal. In most cases the motivation for the gal is the money. It seldom works out long term.
