If J. Hunt comes back 100% will our group be the best in the country? It's hard to imagine we wouldn't.

1. D Rogers
2. J Hunt
3. Rivera
4. Dallas
5. Croom/Bowles (hoping they can contribute)
6. Neal (would have been much higher but I think he splits duties)
7. Clear
8. Z. Rogers
9. Pig Howard

With a high level of returning starters I can't imagine a better corps. If ZR can start catching the ball no defense has the personnel to match up. Thoughts? Are my glasses too orange?

when you have to send very good receivers away.. you know your doing pretty good..

best in nation would take production on the field in order to give the title to someone though, so its very possible. just a little to early

Just imagine if #1 JUCO recruit Cordarrelle Patterson signs with us. No one in the nation would have the 3 WR's that we would have.

I agree with you mostly. It's hard to say if it is the best, but we certainly have just as much talent at that position as anyone. And don't forget about the new TE Meredith. Havn't seen too much on the kid but I'm assuming that he will be able to produce and add depth at the TE position for the future. Now, will our guys have the best stats in the country, doubtful. As far as total receiving yards, hard to beat the teams that throw the ball 90% of the time. (Houston, Hawaii)

Yes our receiving corps is going to look pretty good this fall. One more name to add to the list would be Pig Howard.

now we need to focus on our o-line or TB wont have 4 seconds to throw the ball.

Not so sure about moving Neal back to RB. Hes the fastest player on the team, and has great hands. Have to maximize his abilities coming out of the backfield catching the ball. If we just had a stud RB and an Oline to create some holes, our offense will be sick!

You forgot Arnett!!...........oh wait a minute, nevermind!

Too bad (according to Ainge) we dont nave anyone to throw them the ball. Haha

Heck, I could pass for 4000 yards with those guys catching it.

They sure have the capability to be very good. Im torn though, cause I wouldnt mind if Bray just threw for 2000 to 2500 yards as long as we can RUN THE FREAKIN FOOTBALL.

In case your wondering, I would like to see us run the football down peoples throat.

Even if it's so - and it's impossible to argue after this past embarrassing season - it won't matter unless we figure out a way to run the ball.

I think our defense could be above average and possibly even good. Unless we can run the ball, however, 2012 will be another miserable season. And that will be a shame for many reasons, not least of which will be that we will have totally wasted the opportunity we had with two NFL-capable WRs in the same lineup.

Very good point on teams that are "pass heavy". I hope Meredith can contribute but Rivera should have a great year and CDD will try and get Clear his chances.
