Rearrange the Staff

Demote Pruitt to DC, promote Jim Chaney to HC. I'd love to see Chaney run things his way rather than being under the thumb of Pruitt.

We don't have to pay a buyout to Pruitt and get a great deal on a head coach who already knows UT. If Chaney does well we can give him a raise at the end of the year.

Butch's buyout ends next March. That will free up a spot on Saban's staff for Pruitt to return.

Could be. I would love to see us get aggressive with a counter response. Put someone in as executive head coach. CJP is still head coach. What is the problem? Nothing to see, we are innovating here!

No. He's a micromanager. Thinks he knows everything about football and won't let other people do their jobs.
