.... after 3 years have teams that are at least showing improvement and are competitive. Look at GA, Ala, Ky, Fla. If no improvement then usually that coach will be gone in the next 2 years. Pruitt has a team that looks like the Keystone cops.

QB - no improvement
RB - some improvement with Grey
WR - hard to tell because we don’t have a QB to get them the ball
TE - we have tight ends? Lol
OL - slight improvement because we were dismally abysmal. Still nowhere where it should be
DL - no improvement
LB - some improvement maybe because of To To To
DB - we still look pretty lost back there and not where we should be
K - seems to be about the same
P - not as good as we were before

You pretty much summed it up, except kicking has gotten a little worse so far this season.

What a real football coach? Is that the head guy on our opposing sideline every game?

IMO CJP has been listening to the wrong folks, and he doesn't have 5*'s backing up 5*'s, and he f'd up putting ANY eggs into the JG basket

This is so true.

I just cannot believe he doesn’t prep any other QBs except JG. No head coach would be so thick to have their #1 require so much attention that he cannot spend time with the backups. That can’t be right... No HC in this conference can get away with that

Can someone tell me what a Leach did year 3 at WSU? I’ll hang up and listen.

But seriously, Pruitt is mismanaging his QBs and it could cost him his job. His only fault IMO but it’s a biggie...

I thought (or was hoping) when CJP said "he's our QB" that he was trying to put JG into a good frame of mind, he didn't know JG couldn't get into a "good frame of mind", that bothers me

We are the only program that cannot hire a competent coach. Clemson hires a wr coach and he works out for them, Arkansas hires an oline coach and they are competitive during his opening game with far less talent, Ohio State hires their OC as does Oklahoma. We can’t seem to hire anyone competent enough to hold it together for more than 3-4 years. Everyone from Bob Kessling, down to the janitors need to be replaced and completely start over with a coach at a lower level that has ran a program and actually shown the ability to develop average players. I have never seen a bigger group of incompetent coaches consecutively at the same school. It’s almost like we try to intentionally suck

You miss Butch? Sounds like you want a similar hire.
