Josh seems stuck on a RB rotation rather then using the hot hand at any given time.

I’m curious what y’all think about this.

There are times the Wright is tearing it up and we rotate him out for a quarter. Also late in games we put
Smalls when Sampson might be a better choice. I know or tempo doesn’t allow for a lot of situational subs, but I think we could do better.

Wright and Sampson should share 80% and Small should get remaining 20%. All this ride the hot hand is nonsense when there is a clear delineation between Wright/Sampson and Small.

I think he's trying to keep them all happy. I think Wright is best but may not come back for his last year. Sampsons been good but on one run if he had cut inside instead of outside would have been a homerun, but he did gain 6 yards on that play.

Wright has been running like a RB capable of 2,000 yards rushing in a season. instead he's gotten less carries per game

The offensive coaching has been a huge disappointment this season

I don’t have a problem with rotation. All are capable. Wright and Sampson appear to be better options but Small gives good production when he’s in. Rotating keeps them all fresh. RB rotation isn’t really hindering us anyway. The run game has been our strong point all season.

You may be right about that, but he ask to come out of every drive that is more than 6 or 7 plays.

Wright has been dinged up 2 or 3 times this season I think too which may have affected the rotation some.

Only thing I've seen that might limit Sampsons reps...and I hate to say this due to Jamal Lewis flashbacks....is his pass blocking at times.

Think he should be getting the carries over Small with Wright the 1A.

That run against GA was a thing of beauty. And Wright showed some top end speed too. It wasn't UTSA DBs that couldn't get the angle on him.
