The Notre Dame love continues . . . oh well . . . GO BIG ORANGE!

Got to give them credit. They're not rocketing them back in place after the embarrassment of them picking them #1 when no one else had them close then getting annihilated by a rather pedestrian Louisville team.

ND has taken advantage the last 2 weeks of two teams with big names (Fla State and Clemson) that are actually mediocre at best. Clemson is 2-9 in ACC.

ND has an ugly lose to Delaware . . . being swept by Louisville then sweeping Florida State and Clemson . . . Of course I am completely bias when it comes to ND, can't stand them. I ate crow last year on the wrong UT . . . hopefully I won't with ND this year!

Baseball America has been added.
They seem to try their best not to rank SEC teams as they only have 5 ranked
Yet, they have 6 ACC teams. A conference with 1 national title in 66 years
They always have. Never done the legwork to find out why but it's been that way for years. Maybe they are based out of that area?

Weird to see Vanderbilt unranked. I don’t believe they’re not one of the 25 best teams in America. I mean, I get them being unranked, but they’re one of the 25 best. Watch them come postseason.
I definitely don’t get them being out and Ole Miss still being in. Vandy lost 2/3 on the road while Ole Miss was swept at home. And Vandy is a game ahead of Ole Miss in conference play.

I know Perfect Game was the first to rank Tennessee as #1 but their rankings are bizarre. They spent all the energy on top=10 and then rolled dice for the last 15.

Coaches Poll. No surprises

I was thinking. At what point does a #1 ranked team have such an overwhelming record that a series loss would still keep them at #1 even if #2 has an undefeated week

Aarron Fitt from today's D1 Chat.

"Heck, I think Tennessee could go 0-4 this week and still maybe be No. 1... though maybe not if Miami keeps its winning streak going and takes down Virginia Tech on the road this weekend. That Miami resumé is pretty darn good too. It would definitely be an interesting discussion, and it shows you how amazing Tennessee has been that it's even a possibility it would hang onto No. 1 after going 0-4. "
