Hmmm, Colt Brennan , Pat white and John David Booty above Brian Brohm. Andre Woodson checks in at number 5, when he is probably one of the streakiest players in the league. I dont have a problem with Pat White at number one, because he is probably the best football player of the bunch, not necessarily quarterback. Colt Brennan at 2 is almost laughable. This guy must go straight from stats if he has Colt Brennan as the second best quarterback in league.Based upon their overall football skills, Id probably rank them as:
1.) Brian Brohm
2.) Pat White
3.) John David
4.) Colt Brennan
5.) Andre Woodson
As far as how Erik Ainge would be ranked on this list, its of my opinion that in order to judge him against the other players, you would have to think how he would be in these systems. Do you think if Erik Ainge was in a June Jones run and gun, against that competition, he wouldnt put up huge numbers? I would think he would have similar, if not better, stats.
Pro prospects would really mix up this list, and i could see it as something along these lines:
1.) Brian Brohm
2.) John David Booty
3.) Erik Ainge
4.) Andre Woodson
5.) Matt Ryan
Andre Woodson is a bit of an x-factor, he cant be as streaky next year as he was this past year and hope to go at the top of the draft. Ill also assume John David will be starting, which i assume he will, but Sanchez could give him a run for his money.
