Ranking fired SEC coaches over the past 10 years from the Best - (Mullen) to the worst or 14 th.

Last ---- 14. Jeremy Pruitt (former Tennessee coach): Pruitt ranks as one of the Vols' worst coaches since World War I, and he left behind a program under NCAA investigation for allegations of recruiting malfeasance. Losing while accused of cheating makes Pruitt the SEC's king of failure.

No doubt
I'd take Dooley minus his year of no offensive lineman and have Tyler beer throwing back then have pruitt

Did we even have any fired coaches pre Fulmer? Majors kind of resigned didn’t he? Was Battle fired or did he resign? Did anyone get fired between Neyland and Dickey? I think we have had the more firings in the past 10 years than we have ever had.

Hard to do this but for the recent TN firings it would be 1. Butch 2. Dooley. 3. Pruitt. Unfortunately pretty much all of the other recent SEC firings would rank above those three.

Majors and Battle were both fired.

Butch was 8th on the SEC list and they didn't go back as far as Orange Britches.

How far do you have to go back in the SEC before someone ranks behind Beldar? Petrino? Mike Price? Drawing a blank after that...

Post Neyland, I think we've fired every coach but Barnhill, Dickey and Kiffin

But the winning streak! And all the fans in favor of giving him a raise before the 2020 season...

Was Bowden Wyatt fired? He was Major’s coach, right?
Yes, was alcohol related. He got drunk and had a series of public embarrassments. Last straw was pushing a reporter in a pool at SEC meetings--- I believe that was the case

All of them were fired except Dickey and Kiffin who were hired away by other schools. Nobody has retired without being shown the door since Neyland.
