Ranking JUCO's??

I was just wondering why some JUCO players like Judd are ranked and Weatherd is not? I am talking about on 247's site. Is it just because certain ones have yet to be evaluated? If so when do they usually get evaluated?

Late fall bro. A lot of these JUCOs fly under the radar until the season starts. Rivals doesn't even try and rate them until late fall.

I'm pretty sure rivals ranks JUCO's in the summer.

Chris Weatherd is a tough one to call. The OU offer should be enough to get him a 5.6 3* if I had to guess.

Kameel Jackson deserves to be a 4 star based on his athleticism, previous performance at OU, and his original ranking out of high school but I don't know if he'll get it.
