Did anyone else notice MTSU as a "cupcake" on Vandy's schedule? Doesn't MTSU have one of the more high power offenses outside of the Power 5 and picked to be one of the top teams in Conference USA? I think this cupcake is going to own Ole Candy this year!

Vanderbilt committed 5 turnovers last year and still held MTSU to 13 points and 34 yds rushing in Murfreesboro. The QB is the coaches son and he is solid and I think they have a good WR returning, but I don't see them scoring much on Vandy's defense. There is no such thing as a cupcake for Vanderbilt, until they show the can score some points with any consistency. Doesn't help that Jelks is out again for the season.

Vandy has beaten KY 4 out of last 5, but I agree they both should be classified under beatable.

Didn't say a word about Kentucky. They're a very beatable and/or cupcake program as well. Vandie is a pathetic football team and I'll be shocked if they win more than 4 games.

Btw, looking forward to seeing the second straight Vol slaughter of the Doremats in our 8th home game of the season right there off west end in Nashville. Vols will be generally disinterested in playing a 2 or 3 win Vandie, but it shouldn't much matter.
