With the resignation of Rumsfeld today, it reminds me of someone taking the blame for someone else(higher up).Although Sanders was offensive and Rumsfeld was defensive.

Short passes, drop the ball, and make the plays very predictable so even the most inexperienced opposition can figure it out. And even worse just stick to the game plan. Don't try to adjust.
