Former Vol standout and current New York Mets knuckleballer R.A. Dickey will become the 18th person inducted into the Tennessee Baseball Hall of Fame at the 2012 Leadoff Banquet on Wed., Jan. 18 at the Knoxville Convention Center.

I'm very impressed by Dickey becoming a successful knuckleballer. That type of change requires not just work, but also a mental mindset that says, "I can do this. Even if almost everyone fails while trying this".
