Questions About Crossville/Fairfield Glade

I am coordinating a golf outing for 20 people and we are strongly considering the Fairfield Glade courses for a stay & play package. I see that there is a lake Tansi in the area with a course and lodging options as well. I have never been to that area to play golf. Can someone give me an idea of the quality of the courses and the better lodging options between staying on the Fairfield Glade property or staying at the Lake Tansi cabins?

Thanks in advance for the feedback. I hate trying to plan stuff for a large group without first having been there.
