Do we have any VN members in the Tulsa area? I can't remember, if I ever knew, which part of the state oklavol and dan4vols live in.

I'm sure me or Dan would be interested. Are you coming to the game?
I'll be in Tulsa for the OU-Tulsa game. To get a good seat at a reasonable enough price, I had to buy a package that included the UAB and Houston games. The three game set was cheaper than any single game tickets for the OU game I could find. I would certainly rather give the tickets to someone who could use them than just trash them.

That's very generous of you, I'm sure you could sell those tickets if you chose to. I'll take it if Dan doesn't want it.

I live in Fayetteville, AR, which is about an hour east of Tulsa. Not sure I could use the tickets though.

I would think some kind of pregame meeting could be arranged.

What is the word on Tulsa this seaosn? They seem like they could have a pretty potent offense this season with an experienced QB, but have alot of new starters. I think that houston game is going to be interesting with Houston's strong running game up against what might be a weak run-D, but a new Houston QB up agaisnt a strong Tulsa secondary.

Tulsa should have a pretty decent team. They'll be breaking in their new coach from Rice, but they do have an experienced QB and have brought in a bevy of new recievers, although they'll have to sit out a year. Gus Malzahn should do wonders with that offense, and he'll have full reigns of it, unlike at Arkansas.

Could be an interesting game..
Oklahoma with a new QB and running back, and you've got a new coach and OC at Tulsa who would love to get a signature win to start their tenure at Tulsa.
