Question regarding QB's, EE's, & Recruiting

I'm sure if I looked hard enough I could find this answer but I'll just ask it here.

Were Ferguson or Dobbs EE's? If so, and they aren't pushing for playing time behind Worley after Spring practice & Fall camp, then who is Jones recruiting?

Neither were EEs, Dobbs not for sure. He flipped to us on signing day or just before!

Pretty sure Ferguson didn't get in until July because something went wrong with his transcripts or something. Not sure about Dobbs, but I'm pretty sure he wasn't an EE.
