Question regarding early entry recruits

We have about 12-13 possible EE comittments in the 2010 class so far. Will these guys be able to participate in Bowl practice this year, assuming we are invited? Seems like I remember a incoming frosh (Jason Allen) a few years ago that was able to practice and dress out for the bowl game.

Wow wouldn't it be great if we could dress out Luc for the bowl game..............linebacker problems a little closer to solved lol

Probably not, just wishful thinking. I always thought incoming EEs couldn't participate with the team until the official off season work and spring practice but I could be wrong.

I believe EE's can participate in a bowl game. However, it would be counted as a full year of eligibility lost on just one game.

An EE could not participate until they have entered school and why would they want to loose a year of eligibility to play in one game?

well if the LeBron James of football was amongst us and had no intentions of staying 4 years he might lol.. still has to be 3 years out of High School before he can go pro so that would work perfectly... not gonna happen
