I echo the statements on study guides. Taking practice exams helps get you into the mode. The practice exams also help with your timing since this is a timed test. Many people that score lower than they would like don't finish all the questions.
There are also answer strategies - such as you get 1 point for each correct answer, zero for an unanswered question and -1/4 point for each wrong answer - so if you can eliminate all but two answers, guessing has a good payout (at least that's how it worked in the 80s when I took it). Not sure how that's changed but you get the point - there are approaches that will help.
As for content, it isn't really business oriented per se. (so being current on business won't help much other than maybe in the essay)
Make sure you are good on basic alegrbra, geometry (area of a triangle anyone?), sentence structure, basic logic, etc. Again, the study guides will likely have reviews that are helpful (for me the math review was invaluable).
