If the Vols end up at the Music City Bowl, would me and my girl be able to scout tickets outside of the stadium before the game? I was just wondering if it was like it is in Knoxville before games because I always just scout tickets and there is always abunch of them and easy to come by.

There will be plenty of scalpers selling tickets, trust me, I work very close to LP Field and know of the atmosphere for the NFL games as well as the annual bowl game.

Now, what you'll pay is another story. I would suggest purchasing them before.

I'd rather purchase them before the game but money is tight this year for us, so I dunno if we will have the extra money to buy them before hand due to having to buy christmas presents...but the money will for sure be there after christmas so we will be attending aslong as the Vols end up there. But thanks for your input you gave me the answer I needed domestic silence.

I am wondering about the people that have already bought their tickets for the MCB. I realize you can go ahead and do that, but how to you know what section to purchase in? Can they tell you where the SEC fans will be sitting? I'm sure some don't care if they sit with the opponents fans or not, but I would want to sit in the UT fans sections.

I would venture to say that everything but the tickets that will go directly to the ACC team will be a Vol section.

Almost the entire place will be orange. Book it.

Horribly uncomfortable seats though, unless you have short legs.

SEC side of the field I believe is on the same side as the river. You can get some good seats right now for not a bad price. 50 yard line , 3rd row for maybe $250 each. Search online, you'll find it. :)

Club seats seem to be the best for this time of year. The last two MCB's my wife and I went to, we had to leave early because she was really cold. But one time we found club seats...nice, really nice. The lounge was available anytime we wanted it. They serve beer, hot chocolate, burgers, ribs, etc. We went inside when we got cold and came back outside when we were warm. We were able to arrive early and stay late. I'm sure they'll be expensive but it will make the game more enjoyable.

Not sure where you got your pricing information. UTTix.com says $60-$80 each.

Just the person I've been looking for. Is the lounge directly accessible from the club seats? Can you still see the field/game from inside the lounge area (I know there are tvs in there, but can you still watch the game live from the lounge).

Thanks.

What is the area like surrounding the stadium? I know across the river is the city, but what about on the same side of the river as the stadium?

The reason I ask is I've found some hotel rooms relatively close by to the stadium but am not familiar with the area at all. From google maps, it looks like maybe the hotel is in "shady" part of town. Can't really tell though.

Thanks in advance.

Downtown Nashville (across the river from LP) is pretty nice. Its a tourist town so we have a vested interest in keeping the tourists safe. Across the river is a bit rundown but not really dangerous. I'd recommend staying either downtown, or staying out in the 'burbs and driving in for the game. Parking won't be a problem as there are lots of garages downtown and there is a pedestrian bridge that connects downtown with LP field.

I will have to agree, sat there for a few titans games and its great to be able to go in and warm up.

Home section (which is SEC this year I believe) is on the river side.

As for Club Level, you really can't beat it. Excellent seats, and you also have access to the lounges inside for comfort. You can't see the action from there, but there are plenty of tv's and liquor/beer/hot chocolate vendors.

Jeez, I was looking for 2 tickets together ($35), and after the process fee and all that other BS, the total would come out to like $98.

The SEC is on the interstate side (east). The ACC is on the river side (west). This game is going to sell out in 48 hrs after the announcement. Four years ago when UK came to their first of three trips I sold out of 400 lower level an club seats 19 hours after the announcement. This year I Belive will be no different. My worse seat is in section 111 and includes a tailgate party catered by Famous Daves an is $150. You cannot see the game on the field inside the club. They do have a lot of tvs and it is warm.615.397.9414
