I've sat up there as well for b-ball games and although not great they're decent for viewing. I personally would get season tickets even in those sections if I lived in Knoxville right now, which I don't.

i was stupid i bought tickets to go watch dolphins at titans and dolphins at carolina back in june thinking i would have plenty of money when ut season tickets went on sell but i have enough for one set but i need atleast 2 maby 3 ,they need to go onsale during the first week of month were i wont put to much on credit card, i wanted season tickets down but 1000 dollars to 10,000 to the vasf and that doesnt gaurentee you get tickets that year but i will get season tickets next year and the year after and aslong as they dont take and build more boxes for the wealthy, and take away another 25 hundred seats tb arena had a seating compacity of 25000 now its 22000 ,easier to fill it up but we have been winning and that fills up seats

I've had seats in the 300 section thee last two years and they are still good seats and worth getting. Also, unless it's a big time game, you can sometime move down a few rows since it won't be filled up.

This is correct. I've sat 5 rows from the top for the past three years and we found that we can move down for 80% of the games at the Tommy Bowl.

Get your tickets right before game time. You'll save a bundle and could possibly get very nice sideline seats.
