Question about a call

Every play is reviewable. Even if another play has been ran. Butch jones had to call time out so the crew could review PW non TD catch.... HOW FREAKING STUPID IS THAT!!!!!!

I hated that one didn't go in our favor but I think if it was called the other way, it would have stood too.

SEC refs have always sucked. Nothing new here.

I'm not real fond of replays being routed through Bama for their "interpretation" of the play.

I fault ASU after the play....the player assigned to go down with cramps forgot, so the refs had to make the call.

Not sure what crew was working, but NC got abused by refs against GA.

The illegal man down field that was blown followed by the ref getting his panties in a wad and flagging Fodera for disputing it changed the whole outcome of the game. UNC got screwed ..... But I hate them so

What about the P Will non TD call? How can you have both feet in the end zone and both hands on the ball and it not be a TD right there, with whatever happens afterwards not mattering? I never saw any bobbling. Where was the indisputable evidence?

Yeah. Terrible call. I don't care if the buzz came before the snap. Blow your damn whistle before the snap or you're too late. That's how it's supposed to work.

Another little twist to consider. What if a player was hurt on a on a play that was nullified because they weren't going to let it stand but didn't bother blowing a whistle to stop it? Anybody remember if they let the clock run during that play or hearing them instruct the timekeeper to put time back on the clock? Just sloppy and inconsistent officiating.

The problem with that is, the ball can hit the ground. And, it can still be a catch.

Exactly, when his knees hit the ground, he was down. It shouldn't have been, that he has to go all the way to the ground before it's called a catch.

Really bad calls in that game.

The rule is stupid but they'll call that incomplete every time. If the rule is the same as the nfl it's not a bad call.
