Are we going to a quarters defense? Maybe switch in and out with a 3-4? What do some of you think?

I don't think so. You will see a conventional 4-3 with the MLB playing a deep zone on passing downs. It will be very similar to the Indy defense this year. I think Monte will keep it simple initially until the players learn the system.

This is what I expect as well. I think they will stick with a 4-3 and just do some different things with it.

I've found if you hold your hand over the glass, it's the ultimate defense when playing quarters.....I hate the nose rollers btw.

I think you will see the conventional 4-3 like said but I think we will see more blitzing from the corners and safetys...I think we need to blitz more often IMO but it is going to be exciting!

I say it will depend on the players that fit. If we do it will be 3-4 personnel with one of our more athletic linebackers walked up over the TE in a 4-3 look. It'll be the same scheme but different personnel. Six in one hand and half a dozen in the other.
