QB Recruiting for spread offense

So, I remember a story from back when CBJ was hired that the supposed "best" high school spread quarterback in the country wanted to talk to UT about coming to play for them.

I haven't heard anything about that since, so I don't know if it was a lie/rumor or a fact.

So, my questions are: does anyone remember that story? Do you know the name of the QB? Is he still wanting to play for UT? Is he a '13 or '14 recruit?

Woulard is who you are talking about, and he had a ankle injury and many schools backed off him.
