Well, Justin Worley will more than likely be the starter the rest of the season... now here is a question for you all to ponder, if worley performs like bray did last year and wins us a bowl game does he become the starter next year or does bray and worley battle it out to win the job?? i have a feeling if it comes down to a battle between the two and bray doesn't do as good he will made get upset but i guess time will tell i guess. GO VOLS!! BEAT South Carolina!!!

We should be so lucky to have Worley perform anywhere close to what Bray did last year.

Unless Worley plays lights out, there will be no issue. Bray will be the starter.

Whoever performs the best should have the job. I want the best we have to offer at all positions. No position belongs to anyone on our roster.

Bray. Doesn't matter if Worely wins out and throws for 600 yards in all games. Well.....if he does that he might put up a fight for the starting job. Lol

Let's just say if Worley comes in and competes at such a level that there is a QB controversy later this year or next that's a very good problem to have.

From all the practice reports...worley has a lot of work to do to be as effective as bray was last year.

the job is Brays period and it would be nice to have 2 QBs when 1 gets hurt and the backup is just as good.that would be one heck of a problem to have.

i remember a quote worley made when he signed here and that was that he was coming to Tennessee plain and simple to restore our winning tradition and win football games. that was his sole reason for coming to Tennessee. let's see what he does. i really think he might do just as good as bray did last year and win us a bowl game. this is all just food for thought, something to think about and look forward too..

there is no reason to risk messing up tyler's thumb or rushing to put tyler back in, unless worley doesn't do well when it's bray's time to come in. Let's see how Da' Rick Rogers plays with Worley at QB this coming weekend.

Let's wait for Dooley to declare who are starting QB is for THIS WEEK, before we get all excited. (I think it should be Worley, but we are assuming and he hasn't even thrown a pass.)

Just want Worley to do what is expected...with 4 of the last 5 games....SC, MT, KY Vandy. This would outstanding and is realistic, providing we have steady QB play. Does not have to be lights out, just steady play...forcing the D to have a measure of respect for the passing game.

If dooley leaves matt simms in vs usc jr. , imo dooley is just asking to be put on the hot seat, that would be a stupid and assinine coaching move to make. especially with this teams bowl eligibility at stake.

Does Worley have the arm strength to really challenge Bray for the starting job?
He was a 3 star QB in high school, just saying.
