Purple Vandy chant

We sat in Sec. 229 in the SE corner of the Ray Jay and somebody near us started a "Purple Vandy" sometime in the second half when it was 31-6 or so. We were in full throat for several chants of it. I laughed hard and knew that VN was in the house!

I was doing it some in 127. They stunk and so does the Big 10, except for Michigan and Ohio State. Tired of their conference's cupcake schedule and bragging about a good record as they get their teeth kicked in at bowl games against real teams.

Purple Vandy makes them douche bags? Seems a little sensitive. If PV had shown up to play I'm guessing the chant never occurs. Of course that places the yoke of responsibility on the guys actually playing the game... novel idea, I know.

They weren't cursing or belligerent... It was a 14 second chant. Words... hurt... 😞

I would totally wear some Volnation gear to the games. Always surprised how many people I see with it pulled up on their phones or making references to it.
