Really dumb decision there. Down by 11, you kick the field goal in that situation. That puts you 1 TD and a 2 point conversion away from tying. We are not playing winning football in ANY facet of the game, coaching included.

It's what passes for football at UT for going on nearly 20 years now. It's like having a classic car that you've had for years. So many miles, so many memories. It would be great to see her out on the road again, but she doesn't run anymore so you just sit her in the garage and think on better days. Oh you've tried to fix her. You've had the HS PE teacher give it a try. A local bandmember who took shop also tinkered with her a while back, but she's just not going anywhere anytime soon. Ah well, we have great memories.
