I wouldn't say Muschamp's resume is light years ahead of Pruitt's. Pruitt was more successful as a DC than Muschamp was. Muschamp has much more experience as an HC, but outside of his second season at Florida he's the epitome of mediocre. 17-15 in SEC play at Florida (which is terrible given their resources), 17-20 at South Carolina (not as bad as his Florida mark, all things considered, but still not impressive).Muschamp’s resume is light years ahead of Pruitt’s at this juncture. I don’t remember Muschamp ever rolling out a QB (the level of JG) and sticking with him for three years regardless of the results.
