Well he should've with the talent that Richt left in the cupboard.....
His first season was in 2005 at Ole Miss. He went 3-8O had two wins against top 25 in his first full year in 2017, Florida #21 and Auburn #10 last year, he actually had three wins against top 25 wins in the half year he took over for Les against Ole Miss #23, Arkansas #25, and Louisville #13. (I guess it depends on the poll used)
Jimbo coaches at TAM, he is one of the 14 head coaches in the SEC... the second part doesn't say they had to start their career in the SEC, why mention 14 coaches when only a few started as head coach in the SEC?So I guess Pruitt is in good company. Stat is specifically for SEC coaches who are still active in the league though.
