I think our guys learned a lot about themselves tonight. I couldn't be happier with their effort.

We had a chance going into the 4th quarter & we didn’t take advantage of our opportunities

We played better this week than last week. There’s no quit in this team

"There was some miscommunication out there. That's our fault. It's nobody's fault. Coaches' fault. Starting with me."

We elected to run a sneak and we shouldn't have tried to put it over the top

"I know this, they hit our quarterback and he got a concussion and there wasn’t a flag. I don’t know.”
Pruitt on the goal line fumble: "It pissed me off. I don't know about you, but it pissed me off. We just put a great drive together."
the officials have a tough job, there was a lot of flags, we’ve played 6 games & have been the least penalized team in the SEC. Probably got more penalties in first quarter than we’ve had in an entire game this year.

I am tired of beating up JG. He isnt worth my time. This is a results , bottom line business and he just cant get the job done. Let the younger guys play, JG has earned his time on the bench. The boy is a head case and I feel very sorry for him. I am sure he wants to win as much as anyone .

To me this sounds like Coach is trying to spread the blame and take the high road when JG should take all the blame. But putting it all on him doesn’t help anyone or the program. So he’ll Say things like “we” when it’s 100% “he.”

I agree with about half your statement. It may be that JG is a “me first” player going back to his actions the first game of his collegiate career

Taylor's penalty was really borderline. I think he laid on the qb a tad too long and when he pushed, it was flagged. Not just the push, but the combination of the two. Whatever... that point in the game killed the momentum. JG didn't help.

Something was fishy about that play and with Trey pulling like that it was not designed for the quarterback to try and jump the pile that wasn’t there. On a dive play the line shoots out fast and low and nobody is pulling, especially a guard.
