I have been, and still am, hesitant on believing in Pruitt as the coach. Not sure he will be the answer or not, but slowly beginning to buy in. I see the improvement, especially on defense, and the toughness he wants the team to play with. I also see his players and a few of Butch’s recruits starting to show that mentality.

That being said, there was a moment tonight... maybe the halftime “complaint” about play calling... maybe the way he reacted to Jordan’s run... not sure when... but I almost physically saw Pruitt’s blood change from Alabama red to Tennessee orange during the game.

Loved icing the kicker with 3 timeouts. Whatever works!!

Pruitt became a Vol last year against Auburn.

Tonight, a lot of Vol fans finally accepted him as one.

The three TOs at the half were golden. Worthy of Spurrier. We are going to have some fun moments these next few years. Bank on it.
What happened at the half? I was out

Dude would still leave for Bama in an instant if the AD called after Saban retired
I am not so sure. Fulmer took a big chance on him. Maybe loyalty still isnt dead. Plus, like i have always said, only a supremely confident super genius or else a total fool would want to follow Saban at Bama. Nit sure either bill fits Pruitt

I witnessed a whole lot of bad calls against the orange team tonight. Refs stopped action during our trick play, wow wasn't bama ready or something! Pruitt has us in the right direction but when 3 different penalties are called on UT on one play something is wrong. I stopped watching after the 15 yd penalty for pushing the QB while he was down, sad. Bama would have been punting the ball back to us but nope, refs made sure that wasn't happening. JG missed several passes again that would have kept us in the game. We competed against them, know one can come on here and say we didn't even though the score was lopsided. Florida S. Carolina game was bad too, UF holding, picking DB on TD pass, pitiful. Good night.
