You're a good poster SDV, but you really opened yourself up for backlash. Your original post even contradicted itself.
I honestly didn't mean anything insensitive about my question at all. I just find it did that we don't have a single one. Was just an honest question. Sorry to ruffle anyone's feathers. Seems hard not to do now days when discussing race.

I don't think you actually meant anything by the question, but I think adding that it "bothered you a bit" is what probably soured it a bit.
I think the simple answer is just none of the white players we recruited came here, and as far as walk-ons, I guess there aren't any white players good enough to walk-on right now, or not enough spots.
It was just an odd coincidence.
Murphy graduated
Mcbee graduated
Nichols went to Memphis
There's 3 white boys that could've been on this years squad given another year of eligibility.
Allen was considering us but chose A&M
Justice was committed to us, but has reopened his recruitment.
It's just the way it worked out. We have a white coach that used to play, doesn't that count? Lol
Lol, no racial unrest. As I stated above, if I were black and we had an all white team I would be asking why we didn't have a single black player. Just a question.
Cuonzo is a class guy, so I am sure there isn't any kind of racism going on. He played Skylar McBee every chance he could get. Furthermore, he's recruited white players, just none have signed. I will say, some white families in the south unfortunately may be skeptical of their son going to an all black team with a black coach. I'm not saying it's right and it shouldn't be that way, but I suppose it is a possibility. Still, though, I wouldn't care as long as the players are being developed well and the team on the court can ball it out. I played soccer at a small college, and at one point I was the only American in the starting lineup. Although there were cliques at times, I enjoyed the diversity and made some great friends from all over the globe.
