It's my assumption that someone rented out a banquet room to host the party and it was far away from the in-patient portion of the center.

At this point the press would eat that up and say that Kiffin would offer anyone. Let's keep it to business right now and not make a martyr type situation out of it. There is a lot of negative spin that can be put on that this early. Now if the kid fully recovers or even if he doesn't in few months or so, then I am all for offering him.
