Long shot anyone here picked this up with it being japan exclusive, but I get every iteration. Here’s a video of Ichiro playing it with a created team featuring himself.

I've always heard really good things about this game. It's what the show should be,and a lot more in depth. Is playing a Japanese game with no English hard to get around? It sounds worth getting if for that one part (no English)

Menus are in English this year, but I use Google translate app to get by. There’s a camera functionality that’ll turn whatever it’s looking at into English. Works wonders.

Besides that, gameplay is just like the show so you won’t need English to play it.

Alright,I got to find out how to get my hands on this game. I'm kinda getting burnt out on NBA 2k25 and this looks like the game to replace the show and pick up and play anytime.

Here’s my step by step guide to the best of my ability to explain how I got it

1. Make a Japanese PlayStation profile.

2. Go on play-Asia.com and buy a PSN gift card in Yen (¥10,000). This is very important. The Japanese store doesn’t accept our debit cards.

3. Use google translate to navigate the store to the new games section and find the game.

Alternatively, you can also just import the physical disc from the same site but it will take a week or two. But you can play the game this way on your American profile. There is not region locking on the discs.


If you do get it, surely let me know. Can’t find an online game at all for obvious reasons so it’d be cool to have someone to play lol
