FWIW....I just got off of the phone with my buddy who works closely with some of the players. It is most definitely the shoes....and it's not just with Ainge. The Adidas shoes are apparently a big problem this year.

A national brand can't get their product line checked out before they ship it?...Blows me away that crap like this happening could even be possible....

I've always wanted us to go with Nike as opposed to Adidas simply because they seem to have more marketing savey. let's face the fact that we need some of the shine put back on Tennessee football. if we cant win, let's at least look good when we lose.

IMO Nike orange is the TRUE Tennessee orange. Adidas seems just a bit darker than it should be. Seems I heard we were going back to Nike soon.
