The easiest position in football to plug & play is RB. You either have that runner's instinct or you don't. Really surprised Banks ain't the emergency RB since he came in as a highly touted RB. I remember him playing against Whitehaven in high school. That defense had Eason, McDonald, French & like 3-4 more D1 players. Banks looked like he belonged at RB.

Although I 100% agree with your statement, I would say Fant has done 10 times more blocking as a TE than any of our current RBs, so I think he will have no problems blocking if needed.
