Who was the recruit in the office? Hopefully he was a big timer and he is sitting at home enjoying his mug on ESPN. Hopefully that was the plan by Lane, again. :)

Yeah, that's BS that they aired that. If they knew it was a violation then why did they air it? Unless they wanted to get us another one.

ESPN said that Kiffin might have violated another NCAA rule by showing the recruits at the end of this story. I have a question? Why in the crap would ESPN show that if it was? I also thought that maybe Kiffin might have pulled a couple of guys in that he had already signed if they were going to show a scene like that. That's what I would have done anyway.

well ESPN, you disappointed me. I believed that you were going to show an objective story on Lane Kiffin and the excitement he has brought the University of Tennessee fan base. Instead, you simply rehashed all the negative press that Kiffin has acquired in the previous 7 months. You showed some new stuff, ie. Pete Carroll talking about Kiffin, and the Raiders "statement" which said Kiffin was a "flat-out liar". But overall, you failed to show a well thought out segment. Also, baiting him into another secondary violation, really? You have nothing better to do?

i think those of you who think it was espn purpose to set ut up for another violation are a little thin skinned. CLK knows the rule book, at least he should, and could have thrown the cameras out. My guess is that he had the oppurtunity to put a 5* in front of the camera and did it, and will liv with a secondary violation.

ESPN sucks but they did there job in reporting the whole story
