I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if Salter starts as a true freshman next year. Chaney didn't want Bailey at UGA and he probably doesn't want him now

My prediction is Harrison Bailey hits the transfer portal as early as he can in 2021. Spring semester ends he gone.
