I really have a feeling that we'll play our best game of the season this week. Of course it's just a gut feeling, but I believe we will win this game by 10-14 points. In fact, we may have a larger lead than this before USCe scores late. :good!:

What am I basing this on?
1) CBJ & staff have had 2 weeks to gameplan. Expanded offensive playbook that USCe hasn't seen.
2) Underclassmen starters have turned the corner and will play their collective best game.
3) Tiny leads the O-line to make a statement. Vols' rush for 200 yards.
4) We win the turnover margin by 2.
5) Palardy flips the field and pins USCe twice with boundary punts inside the 15.
6) Bye week came at a great time to get us healthier.
7) USCe trap game with #14 Mizzou the following week.
8) Vols' have been building momentum, a win here just makes sense.

CBJ talks about the process... I think Saturday will be a big step forward in his process!

Would be awesome. I could see UT winning but I also think USCe is better than I have given them credit for thus far. Pressuring Shaw will be the key to a win imo. I think if that happens, the O line and rb's can carry the team to enough pts to win.

With the exception of last week's game, South Carolina hasn't exactly been overwhelming in victory either. Indeed, John Brice of Volquest.com made it a point of emphasis that their defense has been downright porous in the fourth quarter.

52-7 at Arkansas in an early game. I expect only slightly better results, because Arky gave up in the 2nd half and I don't think its he character of this team to do that.

Only way we have a chance is to open up the playbook like we did the second half of the GA game, we execute the plays on offense, Tiny keeps the clown in check, and finally, we keep Connor Shaw contained and no long runs. We do this, we win. PERIOD. Book it.....

The way things have been trending during our games against SEC foes, half the USCe team will have fallen to various injuries by end of the first quarter.

Wussies.
