Now I don't know who the starting QB will be, but let's have some fun here and predict the numbers for the starter next year, no matter who it will be.

This is what I say:

56% completion, 13 TDs, 10 INTs, 1700 yards, 7.1 YPA

I'm thinking about 20 passes per game, maybe a little less. Hopefully the RBs will carry the load this year, the way they SHOULD'VE last year (however, our brilliant coaching staff liked to throw the ball 30+ times per game).

this could get ugly.

but im gonna be positive and say 15 tds, 8 ints, 1 fumble, and 2200 yds.

I'm gonna say 1,900 yards, 20 TD, and 11 INT. 20 TD may seem like a lot, but 8 or 9 of those come against WKU, Memphis, and Ohio.

Write it down, our combined QB numbers for the regular season will be:

2600 yards, 25 TDs, 8 INTs, with a completion % of 66

Great Coaching, a Good Game Plan vs the opposing Defense, Discipline, Lots of Determination, and an Attitude to Excel will allow us to look like a totally different offense this year!!! :clapping:

12 games at 200 yds per game gives us 2400 yds
" " " 1.5 TDs per game gives us 18 TDs
" " " .75 INTs per game gives us 8 INTs
% of catches is a guess but I'd guess 50% which would give us 10 yds per completion (couple of big plays needed but relatively low attempts will help)

When I read the thread title, I expected this to be about a jersey number.

Who seems to be handing the ball off the best in practice so far?

4,400 YDS. 42 TDS. 4 INT. 72% With a caveat: Rod Wilks is the starter at QB... Nuff said.

that would be great.. but i will have to doubt it. 27 tds wont happen, we will be running the ball when were in the red zone. 68% completion... thats better than peyton ever did.

Yeah, I was gonna say that those were Peyton-like numbers.
