Hey guys, so me and 005 did another podcast which was recorded Friday. It's incredibly long (three hours) so I did a breakdown for you guys on time in case you wanted to skip through parts.

0:00-15:00- Daniel needs to rant you guys. He's upset that Vols fans are picking this team apart and wants to enjoy the season.

15:00-1:45:00- All SEC East Preview. We discuss Florida and Georgia's QB situations. Can Kentucky can break through this year? How badly will Mizzou's lack of offensive talent hold them back? Is South Carolina the worst team in the SEC? And wait, is Vanderbilt actually not that bad?

1:45:00- 2:00:00- We preview Virginia Tech and why Tennessee should not take them lightly. We also discuss if we are worried about the hoopla surrounding the game.

2:00:00- 2:12:00- Daniel and I preview the Tennessee secondary and why we are excited about the young guys.

2:12:00-2:16:00- Time to go Around the NCAA. We discuss the most exciting offensive player and defensive player in the country.

2:16:00-3:00:00- We move off to other sports and discuss MLB and NBA. We talk about the All-Star Game and Home Run Derby. We really go into discussion about the fans voting and the game counting and how it doesn't make sense. We then discuss Kevin Durant going to Golden State.

What's up guys? Zack really brings it this episode, providing good stats to illustrate interesting parts of each team. We get much more familiar with our foes in the east, and we will continue to dig into those rosters before our season preview where we walk through the schedule.

I think listeners will enjoy getting to know these teams more, especially with so much transition in the east and at VaTech.
