Hard for LSU I'd imagine because if their star player doesn't go down, imo, the game is a toss up

Lady Vols had already pushed and kept the lead between 5-8 points while she was playing. Never know what might have been. I don't think the outcome would have been any different. LV's still win in my opinion. I don't think they were going to be denied. It's really bad when something like that happens and hope she recovers completely.
