1. First real game I've been to in the "new" TBA. Awesome. Despite the shabby crowd tonight, you can just tell that the place is going to be electric come SEC play. Nice job ponying up. See what kind of money programs get when they earn it? I mean, what kid wouldn't want to play in there?

2. Lofton, Lofton, Lofton. Glad to see Bruce leaving him in to try to find a rhythm. I'm sure he'll come around. I mean, I hope I'm sure.

3. "Free" throws should be "free" points. They are not at this juncture.

4. Is this Tyler Smith going to be good or what?

5. Tatum better watch his head. For two games in a row, he's had nice oops that almost cost him a concussion via the backboard. Nice ups.

6. Better half-court defense.

7. JuJuan just might be our MVP, come season's end. If teams blanket C-Lo, and he heats up, watch out.

8. Nice to see Crews in the game late, but he's going to really have to compete for time.

9. For the first time in a while, we were noticably bigger than the other team. Interesting.

10. Chism impressed me on more than a couple of possessions down low. Me likey.

We were noticably bigger, but that is more of a statement about how small that team was.

True. But, if Williams continues to improve, we will have a pretty decent inside game. Also, Tyler Smith sure plays taller than 6-7.

Free throws are the only thing that concern me right now. Lofton will come around, imo. But when we get into confernce/tourney play, we know that free throws could mean the difference between an L and W.

But aside from that one aspect, you really have to be optimistic about the direction this team is headed.

well let's think about this for a moment. Now that the old farts have boughten their season tickets, I'm not so sure that will be the case. There's defidently going to be a chunk of TBA that will sit down and shut up the whole game.

At 59 Im probably in your old fart category, but I can assure you I can stand as long and yell as loud if not louder than you kid. It is true that youth is wasted on the young.:clapping:

Sorry I didn't mean to generalize, but surely you know what I mean.

and if that's the case, if you sit in the main donor section, I doubt I'd have a difficult time spotting you :birgits_giggle:

You sound like this guy that sat in front of me at the Georgia game. This guy was 3 fold my senior (I'm 23) but damn if he wasn't raising hell and standing up every defensive play.

You didn't set in CC for that game did you?

that's because they are a D2 school, and if I'm thinking of the right team, they are in the Gulf South Conf. which might be the toughest conf. in D2.
