I am not sure this team has the leaders it needs on the field. No one has stepped up to replace Maggit.

He did admit it was ugly but also said it was a win. First down efficiency was real bad and not a good rhythm. He was happy about the defense.

Dobbs is a good leader....his teammates have mentioned that a time or two.....He just can't back it up with his arm right now...or his decision making!

I have been noticing Dobbs going to his teammates after missed blocks and drops and getting up in their face more as this season has progressed.

Every game we seem to drive it down the field with ease...once or maybe two times early. After that the other team adjusts. Usually by supporting the middle with one more body...that has been sufficient to stop the gashing runs and force UT to pass a bit... and that generally has not done much damage. So UT goes back to the run, which has been adjusted to.

Need more of a passing threat... it just is not there with Dobbs.

Let's face it , our team didn't show up after the first 10 minutes. It's hard to get up for a team you know has NO chance to beat you. Wish we had started Dormady and Kamara and given Dobbs and Hurd the day off. Would have been well rested for next week.
