This may be obvious, but it occurred to me that a coaches' opportunity in the new world of constant player turnover is to have a system that is sophisticated enough to keep your opponents guessing, but easy enough to learn that new players coming in can pick it up quickly and hit the ground running.

We may have the right coach for that world.
