Just had a question pop into my head this morning while looking at signing posts.
Before the portal, an athlete had to stay with the school for at least 2 semesters or had to sit out a year. Is that still the case? Is there still a minimum stay time?

There is an initial transfer options now without having to sit out a year. I would expect the rules to continue to get easier for transfers over time.
